Barb, I used eight lemon & lime Nuuns in my 500ml bottle throughout the course of the Hadrian's Wall run last week. I found that the GoGel and other juices were just too sweet after mile thirtysix (six sachets). The Nuuns suited me fine which I took in combination with the gels. They helped to settle my stomach by taking away some of the sweet, sickly taste. I don't know if the other non-citrus flavours would have done the same though.
Awesome Podcast! Great job!
