KG Tris #1: 1/2/09 - An Introduction

This is the first episode of the Kelownagurl Tris Podcast. I am a first year age grouper, female 45-49, did my first sprint triathlon on August 17, 2008 by following my own 'couch to sprint tri' program. If I can do it, you can too! Listen to find out more...

In this episode, I talk about who I am, where I came from, and why I love triathlon!

I enjoyed listening to your podcast. I was also considering creating my own podcast as well when I came across yours. I'm 35, have MS and always wanted to do a triathlon, and finally did a try-a-tri last fall. Just barely finished, but I did it! Great feeling as you know.

Congrats, looking forward to listening to the others.

Cheers,

Rob.
