Hey! Just found your podcast - signed up to to Louisville Ironman next August. Said I wanted to "do an Ironman before I was 50" and realized - holy smokes! - that means next year. Stopped exercising much in 2006 when I got married - we went the "champagne and truffles" route for (ahem) 3 years now. I went thru my drawers and my first tri shirt is from 1988! Yikes! But last "real exercise" I would say was the Big Sur Marathon in 2002 (tore a quad so was sorry to hear one of your listeners mention that - did finish, though a big ignominiously), and then my husband and I (then boyfriend) hiked the length of the French Alps back in 2004. Not sure he's totally on board for my Ironman but I will point him to "Triwidows.com" once that's up (heard about it on triswimcoach.com - I am downloading as many podcasts as I can). Anyway - I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area (between the wine country and the city), I'm "not quite 50," name is Sandy, and my website is BeABondGirl.com.
One more thing (ahem). You're not pregnant, are you? That "paint fumes sickness" is what I remember from...dot dot dot...?
OH one more comment. LOVE the song you put up! I am going to download it and give it play on my podcast.
