"Happy Birthday to Kelownagurl
A spirit that really shines
Indulge in your favorite pleasures
Dark chocolate some tasty fine wines.
May today be filled with happiness
Get out and cycle or swim and run
Enjoy every moment remember
You're always number one!
And when this day is over
and the celebration is through
May the year that lie ahead
Be a personal best for you. "

Happy Birthday! I listen to your podcast in London, UK and it's very inspiring. I've just started running again - building up to 5k so still very early stages - and your podcast and those of other runners/ athletes help fire me up. Keep doing what you're doing!
